Service Specialist, Service Specialist Apprentice

Full Time/Part Time - Employee

Purpose: To professionally perform skilled service work for clients of Inside Out Solutions.

At Inside Out Solutions we don't hire for the job; we hire for the person. We're looking for good people who share our values.

Here's what we can offer you!

  • Full-time and part-time positions, with compensation packages starting at $33,120 and $16,560 a year. We also have a comprehensive mastery ladder so you know what steps to get to the next level!

  • As our hiring policy is to hire for the person, not the job, any experience level is welcome. Our goal is to take a good person and give them the skills they need to succeed!

  • Onboarding and company training. As mentioned, you will be given the knowledge and skills you need to succeed!

  • For Service Specialists and Apprentices during our 3 month probation period, you will be fully paid. For Apprentices in our 9 month Service Specialist Training Program, you will receive the skills and knowledge you need to succeed. This Apprenticeship program is fully paid during the entire training process!

  • Benefits such as PTO, health insurance, and more beginning after the first year!

  • We have quarterly Goal Setting and Review meetings (GSRs) with you to personally check your progress, reset expectations, and create goals for the next quarter!

  • Paid lunches (essentially 55-110 hours of paid time off each year)

  • Weekly boss lunches: Each week, we bring lunch to one Service Team/Service Specialist.

  • Quarterly Dinner: once a quarter we get together for a fine dining team member+one dinner at a local restaurant.

  • Service uniforms provided plus uniform stipend for needed personal accessories.

Responsibilities:

As a Service Specialist and Apprentice, you will be expected to:

–Be a good person

–Be honest, self-motivated, and work with integrity

–Work in an environment of responsibility and coachability, being flexible to adjust as needed

–Safely handle a variety of hand tools and power tools

–Lift heavy objects as needed

–Climb ladders and heights as needed

–Respectfully interact with clients on daily basis

–Communicate effectively and efficiently

–Follow our service SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
