We specialize in preventative maintenance and home refreshing!
Frequently Asked Questions
-
A. We provide small handyman services: primarily refreshing surface areas!
Our surface refreshing services specifically focus on honey-do lists such as wall hangings and decorations, pictures and art, mirrors and collages, curtains and blinds, TV mounting, furniture assembly, closet systems, smart home solutions, and more! If it goes on a wall, that’s our specialty!
-
A. We don’t do construction, remodels, additions, large finishing projects, structural work, new plumbing or electrical, roofing or siding replacements, emergency work, mold remediation, window work, flooring projects, or fencing. We perform small-services!
As we don’t do emergency work, having a rushed schedule oftentimes gets in the way of our previously scheduled clients . If you’re needing a service done ASAP, feel free to check, but as a small business in high demand and regularly booked out, we typically do not have the capacity to perform last minute services.
-
A. We charge enough to provide you with a 5 star experience, a refreshing home service, a warranty on our work, and provide our amazing Service Specialists more than just a minimum wage.
Our minimum service call charge is $395. A half day punch list for labor typically starts at $700, and a full day of work usually starts at $1,200 for a whole day of service from one of our Service Specialists.
As you can imagine, as a handyman service it can be difficult to give a flat price to every kind of service with so many variables involved. Hopefully these starting price ideas help to provide a picture of what our clients typically pay for our services. Additionally, you can find prices for many of our everyday services in the Services and Pricing tab at the top of the page!

A. While we could simply say that we communicate and we’re clean, we actually mean that. How do we accomplish this? Here’s a couple examples…
When we’re on our way, we send you a text. You have a heads up so you can be ready for us, no surprises!
When we’re done working, we clean up and vacuum the space we worked in so you don’t have to clean after us!
Want another? Transparent pricing. We have our service visit minimum listed here in our FAQ, plus what it costs for one of us to be in your home for a half day and a full day. We even have many of our common services priced out on our Primary Service Pricing page!
