Just a reminder that home inspections are important…

Just because it's new construction doesn't mean it's problem free... The trim in a laundry room today was all just leaning against the wall, no fasteners securing it anywhere!

Always be sure to get an inspection performed on both existing and newly built homes. You never know what you might find!
