TV Mounting Tips, Part 2/6

1 tip on marking for your TV mount location!

Making marks on your wall to make sure your TV mount is going in the right spot makes, well, marks on your wall. Some of these marks might be outside the area your TV covers and even lightly pressed pencil can leave permanent marks.

The solution is PAINTERS TAPE!

3"-4" strips of blue painters tape placed on the wall will allow you to lightly mark your center lines, stud and mount locations without having to worry about damaging your wall. It doesn't matter how many marks you make or where you make them since all you have to do is pull the tape when you're done.

This tip also works great for pictures, paintings, and any other item you need up on your wall!
